Thursday practice is at 506 Oakland Ave, Austin TX 78703, and is led by head instructor Jeff Chen or one of our other senior members. This session is appropriate for all levels, including first-timers, who should arrive before 7:30pm to receive initial orientation.
NEW! Saturday practice is at the Austin Recreation Center at 1301 Shoal Creek Blvd, Austin, TX 78701, and is led by one of our senior members. This session is FREE, and appropriate for all levels, including first-timers, who should arrive by 9:15am to receive initial orientation.
Sunday practice is at 506 Oakland Ave, Austin TX 78703, and is led by sensei Tetsuo Komizu, Kendo Kyoshi Nanadan (7-dan). This session is appropriate for kenshi with kendogu (training armor), and fully registered beginners wearing keikogi/hakama who have received sufficient beginning instruction (5+ beginning classes).
